When a sourcer’s deal completes through the platform, Sourcery takes a platform fee linked to the sourcer’s package: 25% on Starter, 10% on Pro, and 0% on Ultimate. For example, on a £3,000 sourcing fee, Starter keeps £750, Pro keeps £300, and Ultimate keeps £0. Investors pay nothing.
Yes. You can move up or down between Starter, Pro, and Ultimate from your dashboard at any time. The platform fee adjusts immediately.
Investors can leave a star rating and a written review after working with a sourcer on a deal. Reviews are public, attached to the sourcer’s profile, and tagged with the deal type.
