Payments & Fees Policy

Sourcery is a marketplace that connects property deal sourcers (“Deal Sourcers”) with investors (“Investors”).

The Platform enables:

• Investors to reserve property opportunities by paying a sourcing fee;
• Deal Sourcers to receive payment upon completion of a deal;
• Sourcery to charge a platform fee for facilitating the transaction.

Sourcery does not act as a financial institution and does not provide escrow services.

All payments on the Platform are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Sourcery:

• does not store full payment card details;
• may change payment providers at any time;
• relies on third-party providers for transaction processing and security.

Your use of payment services may also be subject to the terms of those providers.

Investors may reserve a deal by paying a sourcing fee.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that:

• the fee is for access to a property opportunity introduced by a Deal Sourcer;
• the fee does not guarantee the completion or success of any transaction;
• you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

When a sourcing fee is paid:

• funds are held via third-party payment providers;
• funds are not immediately released to the Deal Sourcer;
• funds are held until the deal is marked as completed in accordance with the Platform’s Terms.

Sourcery controls the timing of when funds are released.

Funds are released to the Deal Sourcer only when:

• the deal is marked as completed;
• all required conditions have been met;
• no dispute or restriction applies.

Sourcery may delay or withhold release where reasonably necessary, including for:

• compliance checks;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution.

Sourcery charges a platform fee for facilitating transactions.

This fee:

• is deducted before funds are paid to the Deal Sourcer;
• may be a percentage or fixed amount;
• will be displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated.

Deal Sourcers will receive payment only if:

• the deal is successfully completed;
• all verification requirements have been fulfilled;
• their payout details are valid and active;
• no dispute or compliance issue applies.

Sourcery is not responsible for delays caused by:

• incomplete verification;
• incorrect payment details;
• third-party payment providers.

If a payment fails or is reversed:

• the related reservation may be cancelled;
• access to the deal may be revoked;
• further action may be taken where appropriate.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund & Dispute Policy.

Investors should review that policy before making any payment.

All payments are processed in the currency specified on the Platform.

Additional charges may apply depending on:

• your payment provider;
• your bank;
• currency conversion rates (if applicable).

Sourcery is not responsible for these additional charges.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that payments are processed securely.

However:

• we do not control third-party payment systems;
• we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free payment processing.

Sourcery:

• facilitates payments between users;
• does not guarantee deal outcomes;
• does not act as an escrow provider;
• does not provide financial or investment services.

We may update this Payments & Fees Policy from time to time.

We will update the “Last Updated” date accordingly.
